Pancakes (gluten Free)

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Brown rice flour
Or oat flour — * see note
1/2 c Garbanzo flour — ** see
Note
1/2 c Cornmeal
1 1/2 c Water
2 tb Honey
1 tb Applesauce
4 ts Baking powder

Combine all ingredients by hand or in a blender. Cook on a lightly oiled
griddle. When tops beging to bubble and edges begin to look dry, turn over
and cook on other side.

HELPFUL HINTS: Add raisins or chopped fruit to the batter, if desired. If
you have a non-tsick griddle, you will not need any oil.
