Cinco De Mayo Bread (machine) – Regular Loaf

2/3 c Water
2 c White bread flour
2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Olive oil
2/3 c Corn meal
1/3 c Creamed corn
2 tb Green chilies, canned/diced
1 ts Jalapeno peppers, “
1 ts Cilantro, dried
1 1/2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
– or –
2 ts Yeast, acfive dry

Served with chili, this lightly textured loaf will convince you never
to back to plain corn bread again!

Success Hints

Drain canned chilies and jalapeno peppers well. Be careful! Jalapeno
and chili juice can sting.

This recipe can be used with regular and rapid bake cycles.
