Follow the directions above for Farmyard Butter Cookies using a 1
1/2-inch, rabbit-shaped cookie cutter dipped in flour to cut shapes.
Makes about 10 dozen.
Decorate cookies: Fit a pastry bag with a #21 decorative tip, fill
bag with royal icing and pipe a powder-puff tail on each rabbit.
Allow icing to dry at least 1 hour before storing cookies.
